“No Pensioner will ever go for over a month without his pension and never will a Social Insurance worker, victim of a work place accident be deprived of his monthly allowance”. This was the message of hope that the General Manager of the National Social Insurance Fund (NSIF), Mekulu Mvondo Alain Noel Olivier took to Bamenda during a rare event that rewarded 30 meritorious workers of the outfit work well done. The medal award ceremony that recognised merit in workers of the North West and West Regions of the Fund also gave governor Abakar Ahamat the opportunity to urge staff and management to strike a balance between improving the quality of services rendered to the public and providing staff with the best affordable conditions of work. Governor Abakar Ahamat told the awe-inspiring crowd at the event that harmony now reigns between NSIF and their partners in the North West .
