The National School of Sports and Physical Education, CENAJES Bamenda recently graduated its 4
th and 5
th batches.
The 121 Physical Education Instructors who have undergone training for at least two years were well armed to meet up with the challenges of the time. For the Director of CENAJES, Mbaka Fonju Richard, the graduates were simply the best as the 4
th batch scored 100% while the 5
th batch scored 94%. He said the graduates were committed to studies and was optimistic that they will make good physical education instructors. However, he regretted that the school is in dire need of a modern infrastructure and a sports complex.
While presiding over the ceremony Governor Abakar Ahamat called on the laureates to keep the flag of CENAJES flying. He said while they will be in their various schools they should resist corruption and teach their students just the best. He congratulated the laureates and urged them to promote the culture of peace and solidarity in their various schools.
As a response to the Directors plea, Mr Abakar Ahamat promised to channel their problems to hierarchy, and encouraged the staff to do their best with what they have. He preached collaboration amongst staff members.
