The commission set up by Fecafoot to look into the power tussle in Canon has decided the case favour of the Board of Wise Men.
The commission chaired by the First vice president of Fecafoot, Francis Mveng said only the board of wise men has the right to convene the general assembly of Canon Yaounde and gave them up to October 30, to do so. The Mveng commission recognised the fact that the general assembly of February 27, 2010 created two institutions; the board of wise men and the interim general directorate.
The conflict has been pitting some members of the board of wise men against those the general directorate especially its head, who has been accused of bad management at the helm of Canon.
