Newly appointed officials in the Ministry of Trade (Mincommerce) have been installed into their new duty posts with a call to redouble efforts to ensure that the Ministry lives up to expectation with its roadmap.

The call was made last Friday February 17 by the Secretary General in the Ministry of Trade, Haman Oumar, while installing some Service heads, Sub-directors and the National Brigade Chief for Fraud and Repression recently appointed in the internal services of the Ministry. The SG enjoined the officials to see their appointment beyond a mere filling of duty posts and to strive for excellence so that national markets can be filled with quality and quantity products at affordable prices as well as ensuring that the country’s products are more competitive in international markets.
