Supporters of the ruling Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM)
of Fako III Section Buea have lauded the strides covered by the party for the past 27 years. The successes were attributed to the stewardship of the Party Chairman, Paul Biya, who has judiciously manned the affairs of the party over the years. It was in this light that in their different capacities, they turned out en masse on Saturday March 24 at the Buea Youth and Animation Centre, for celebrations marking the party’s 27th anniversary.
Speeches ranged from the leader of the Central Committee Delegation, Hon. Monjowa Lifaka Emilia, to the Fako III Section President, Mbella Moki Charles. The mammoth crowd that turned out at the event had as take home message; the need to remain vigilant against the caprices of prophets of doom. They were invited to register massively for upcoming elections. The introduction of the biometric system in the upcoming Legislative and Municipal elections, they said, will showcase the numerical strength of CPDM militancy.
