The local sellers of these shoes say that the shoes were present before the change of season in Douala but were very expensive and were rare, since it was sold mainly by traders who were returning from china, so it could cost up to FCFA15.000 but when the Chinese who import and sell goods into Cameroon saw that the shoes had potentials of selling, they then imported in large quantities and thus causing its price to reduce to FCFA3000-3500. The shoes can be worn with any attire and at any time and can be also used either when it is raining or not as it can’t easily get bad. So if you are new in town and you want something to wear to fit the season then these shoes are ideal for you.
