Give meaning to the nation’s University reforms in favour of quantitative and qualitative development of human character, pursue a dynamic balance between general and technical education, encourage professionalism of training programmes in public and private higher education institutions and promote Bachelor-Masters-Doctorate, BMD/BMP reforms.
