A workshop on the use and advantages of the latest tools proceeded after the signing ceremony under the theme: “Diagnostic trade performance”. It prepared trainers in every aspect of the training process. Participants engaged in discussions and interactive activities in order to understand and then master the core competencies and skills required for training excellence. The France-based IT company’s approach took participants through training delivery from preparation, to presentation, communication, facilitation, and evaluation.
