Parliamentary aspirant poised to reverse CPDM leadership in Wum, Menchum Constituency.

Thirty eight-year-old, Ndong Hilary Hills, fondly called Wum boy emerges as the best bet of the opposition, SDF party to reverse CPDM’s domineering attitude in the Menchum North constituency which covers the Subdivisions of Fungom and Furu Awa. The SDF parliamentary candidate and young businessman acknowledges that the battle against the incumbent, CPDM candidate, Hon Nji Fidelis will be keen , but says, he is inspired by the awe-inspiring mobilization of the grass roots for change.

Ndong Hilary Hills told Cameroon Tribune that he represents hope for a people who have been crying in the rain for roads and bridges to help them belong to the development map of Cameroon. The husband and father of one child, from Bafmen has criss-crossed the villages of the constituency, presenting himself as the apostle of change. He is also credited for exercising generosity towards the have-nots.

Among the lot, was his recent offer of a boat to facilitated transportation over river Katsina-ala. He has also sponsored the construction of temporal bridges in far away and remote Furu Awa Subdivision. The product of G.S Bafmen and Holy Trinity School belongs to the C.S Old town, Bafmen ward of the SDF where he started militating in 2009.

As at press time, Ndong Hilary Hills had completed campaigns in Furu Awa and was on his way through the villages of Esu, Weh, Kuk, Kumfutu, Zhoa, Menkaf.
