Jean Kuete Encourages North West CPDM

The campaign team says it is inspired to win unconquered territory.“Cameroon’s political history is incomplete without Bamenda and the North West. It is good to work to ensure a comfortable victory for the CPDM

for party Chairmen and President, Paul  Biya to achieve his greater  accomplishments programme. CPDM’s victory in Bamenda is near and beautiful and my advice is for faithful to avoid distractions”. Those were the encouraging words from the visiting Secretary General of the CPDM Central Committee, Jean Nkuete in Bamenda on September 21. It was a rare outing to inspire the North West CPDM campaign team and supporters towards “a hitch-free CPDM victory” during the September 30 twin elections.

The Secretary General travelled with a message from party Chairman, Paul Biya who believes in the capacity of the region to consolidate  past CPDM victories and break new grounds. He  urged elite, Fons and supporters to win councils and parliamentary seats  that remained unconquered  in 2007 and protect the North West as the birth place of the ruling party. The  Secretary General acknowledged the complexity of the region and saluted the tact and efficiency of Prime Minister Philemon Yang’s North West campaign team.

Host, Mezam I CPDM President, Minister Nji Paul Atanga expressed gratitude for  Jean Nkuete’s evaluation visit which according to him, is “welcome to inspire greater field work to ensure a comfortable majority for the ruling party”. Minister Nji Paul Atanga said, the North West  campaign  team, with H.E Philemon Yang at the helm  has been loyal to instructions from party hierarchy and Mezam I is equally working  in harmony and  with support from militants”.
