Nigerian midfielder Onazi Ogenyi will be out for two months following an injury he sustained during the Nigerian versus France match in Brasilia last Monday.

Medical diagnosis revealed that the Super Eagle offensive ball holder suffered a double fracture of tibia and fibula after a reckless tackle from French player Blaise Matuidi. He left the field in a stretcher and the stadium with a cast on his leg. The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder later went into the Nigerian dressing room to apologise.
