They were decorated with medals on Friday 13 February, 2015, during a ceremony to present New Year wishes to the Minister Delegate in charge of Supreme State Audit.

Some six personnel of the Supreme State Control have been recognised for their meritorious services to the nation. They were decorated with different State distinctions by the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Supreme State Audit, Henri Eyebe Ayissi, during a ceremony to present New Year wishes to the minister.

Minister Eyebe while lauding the four recipients of National Order of Valour and two for the National Order of Merit, also paid tribute to some retiring staff and handed them gifts for their services to the nation. He showed appreciation to the entire staff of the ministry and partners for what he termed accomplished task in 2014.

With their enthusiastic turn out at the ministry’s lobby for the event, Eyebe Ayissi enjoined them to remain dedicated to their service in 2015.  The event which coincided with the birthday of the President of the Republic, Paul Biya, also offered an opportunity for Minister Eyebe Ayissi and his staff to wish the President a “Happy birthday” and good health through songs animated by a live musical band.
