The publication launched in Yaounde on Friday August 14, 2015 describes the Head of State as a competent leadership.

A 264-page book titled “The Administrative Engineer, Paul Biya. A Competent Leadership of Hard work, Development, Peace and National Security” authored by a young Cameroonian Computer Maintenance Engineer, Nchia Roland Mua, is since Friday August 14, 2015 in the book shelves in Cameroon. The publication that is dedicated to the political, economic, social and cultural achievements of President Paul Biya since his ascension to Supreme State Magistracy of the State since 1982 was launched in Yaounde in the presence of senior State functionaries.

The publication which highlights some major projects realised and others on-going with the vision of driving Cameroon into and emerging economy also examines the strides made in the fight against corruption and the advancement of democracy in the country.  

According to the author, Cameroon has passed through turbulent periods thus it is necessary for all Cameroonians to mobilise behind President Paul Biya whose leadership has stirred Cameroon into development, peace and security. The book Nchia insisted is therefore aimed at beating up the mobilisation for the preservation of peace and security in Cameroon.
