Antoine Damou Lamtoing was commissioned as Technical Adviser N° 2, while Serge Hervé Ondoua was commissioned as the Director for the Development of Environmental Policy. Rigobert Ntep took office as the Director of Information Centre for Environmental Archiving. The commissioning ceremony followed a Prime Ministerial Decree of March 22, 2016, appointing them.
Minister Hele Pierre reminded the trio that serving the State is a noble mission that must be taken seriously. He stressed that it entails a lot of sacrifice, commands respect and diligence. Hele Pierre invited the new officials to embrace virtues of rigour, emphasising that moral uprightness must be taken seriously. The general interest of users is therefore primary, and the newly commissioned must bear in mine that “we will pass, but the State will remain.”
