The branding will go through the establishment of special website, “Parlons Cameroon” and passing messages on international and pan African media organs upholding the values of peace, national integrity and valorizing women. Both parties agreed to federate the communication plans before the countdown to begin 100 days to the beginning of the tournament.

To avoid overlapping of activities, the communication commission exchanged records with Hop Scotch with the intention of harmonising the action plan and agreed that the firm will take care on international communications while the commission takes care at the national level. Daniel Charpentier on his part will support the work of the animation commission in designing the choreographic display during the opening and closing ceremonies of the event.

After the working session in the minister’s cabinet, the Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Bidoung Mkpatt recommended cooperation with the French experts to re-write Cameroon’s history in noble letters, 44 years after last hosting the AFCON.  He said the whole of Cameroon is mobilised towards organizing a memorable female AFCON of the same magnitude as the male version of the event.
